Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

What We Do

Typecraft.dev teaches developers how to master terminal tools like Neovim, Docker, and Tmux through video courses, interactive challenges, and community discussions. We also sell developer-focused coffee because caffeine fuels code.

No Warranties:

Our platform and content are provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to provide quality education, but can't guarantee everything will work perfectly in every setup - development environments vary wildly.

Configuration Risks:

Our tutorials involve modifying system configurations. While we test everything, you could potentially mess up your development environment. Back up your system before making changes.

Learning Outcomes:

We'll teach you well, but we can't guarantee you'll become a terminal wizard overnight. That takes practice.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

  • Any damage to your system from following our tutorials
  • Lost productivity while you're learning new tools
  • Coffee addiction from our premium blends
  • The existential crisis that comes with realizing how much time you wasted with bloated IDEs

Maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

  • No class actions - disputes must be brought individually
  • Small claims court is still an option for qualifying disputes
